This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $500 abatement fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the apartment or any indoor space.
🚫 Parties & Gatherings
Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction without refund will occur if you are found in violation of this policy.
💵 Damage & Replacement Fees
You will be charged for any damage to towels, bed linens, furniture, rugs, or other items beyond normal wear and tear.

Each reservation includes 2 designated parking spot.
⏰ Early Check-In
Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee.

Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
• $50 fee for check-out extensions up to 1:00 PM.

To prevent plumbing issues, only toilet paper may be flushed. All other items (wipes, paper towels, hygiene products, etc.) must be disposed of in the trash bins provided.

• Pets may not be left unattended in the apartment at any time without prior permission.
