Located in one of the most sought after locations in Philadelphia, we are only steps from all the best restaurants, lounges, shops and markets. We also offer a wonderful rooftop pool access at our nearby sister property only 4 blocks and an in site fitness center for our guests. This place has plenty of room for you and your family.

The area is amazing as Northern Liberties is the preferred location for people looking for great places to eat and gather with their friends and family. Within walking distance you have Dos Caminos, North Bowl, Johnny Brendas, Sancho Pistolas, Frankford Beer Garden, El Camino Real, and many more great places to eat and enjoy. The rooftop pool is also available based on season and availability. Normally open at the end of May until early September at management's discretion.
The subway is only a few blocks away on Girard Avenue which takes you to Center City and all historical points within 6-9 minutes.

The master bedroom has a full ceramic bathroom with shower and tub. Very nicely designed and comfortable with plenty of hot water and water pressure.
The 2nd bathroom is in the common area as you come up the steps, also fully ceramic, shower, tub and toilet and spacious.
There is an in-unit free washer/dryer, central Heat and AC in the unit for yourcomfort. We offer a fitness center on the first floor for all our guests to enjoy.

Parking: there is regular street parking and you may also apply with the City of Philadelphia for a guest parking pass for longer stays. You can also walk up the block and park all day with no restrictions across Girard Avenue.
