Summary: Staff were lovely. Check in was much later than 2pm. Given the key to our room only to find it was still being cleaned. Once we were finally in the room the AC wasn't working effectively. The buttons on the AC controller weren't working. Reception came and 'fixed it' leaving an extra key so it continuously run. Maintanence
