Built in 1938 using lumber harvested from the property itself, the home has a rich and varied history. Over the decades it has served as a fine dining restaurant for locals, a public art studio, and later a commercial space before being thoughtfully restored.
The property sits beside a year round stream that draws salmon every fall, and it is common to spot seals and otters in the water right off the deck. Whales occasionally pass through the canal as well, creating unforgettable moments for those lucky enough to see them.
