The condo currently does not have washer/dryer in unit but it does have in-building laundry that is coin/card operated. So, there is no laundry capability in unit, please pack accordingly.
You have access to the space inside the unit except for the space that is labeled “off limit” and “host-only”.
**The wood burning fireplace is one of the off limit item that is not to be used at any time by any guest for any purpose.
The complex may have pool and hot tub but that is not part of the amenities for guests to use. Pool and hot tub are not listed as the amenities on the listing and neither of that is available for guests who stay at the condo.

Also, because it is a condo living style, the building will experience water shut offs from time to time for other residents to do repairs or for the building’s maintenance repairs. The host will do its best to inform the guests affected by any water shut off during their stays. If this is not an issue for you and you like my place, please proceed to reserving it.
