Summary: There was a cockroach on the bed when we arrived, but it was already midnight and we just killed it and went on with it. Didn't see anymore after that, but the room was wore out. Also, they shouldn't advertise that they have a pool - it's drained and there are no chairs sitting around it, so they are not planning on fixing it. this is the 3rd time this year alone that we have stayed at a hotel where the pool was out of commission without knowing it. There must be a way that Hotels.com can obtain this info for their patrons prior to booking, or even after - giving them a chance to change their booking. It's very frustrating.
