My unit is 600 square feet larger than interior units. NO CARPET. 2 MASTER SUITES and 2 separate dining areas. Beautifully decorated, freshly painted 1st floor unit overlooking the gulf and pool area with only floor with tall 10 foot ceilings. Amazing unobstructed views of the beach from master bedroom and balcony. You will literally feel like you are on the beach since you are so close and on a perfect level. Professionally cleaned before each stay.
Skip the elevators, park right outside unit and walk right up to unit or walk right down to pool. 2 parking passes provided if needed. So convenient to talk to family at the pool if you forgot any items or just to say “lunch is ready.”
All furniture and bed spreads are brand new and in style from HGTV's Joanna Gaines. One of the largest end units in complex with multiple floor to ceiling windows. TV's in all rooms. New stainless steel french door refrigerator and oven and range. All new mattresses throughout for a great night's sleep. New top of the line Four Seasons Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat and Chair.
Unique Chair and a half twin sleeper in Master king bedroom for those children who love to sleep by parents with their own space.
Freshly painted wrap around balconies on all 3 sides of the unit with comfortable outdoor dining set table and with extra chairs and barstools.
2 indoor dining areas: washed wood dining table for 6 with 3 bar stools along with a brand new table for 4 on other side of kitchen. Great for the kids.
Kitchen is stocked for all of your cooking needs with brand new utensils.
3 spacious bedrooms (including 2 master suites): 2 king beds, 2 full beds, chair and half twin sleeper and queen sleeper sofa in living room. All bathrooms are extra large since this unit was the only unit built for handicap accessible. Master garden tub with walk-in shower and 2 tub/shower combinations.
Plenty of large closet spaces and extremely tall 10 foot ceilings throughout.
3 water features: Heated outdoor pool, 12 person outdoor hot tub and kid friendly huge pool
I have managed several other condos in Orange Beach and Navarre Beach. I have always had the most great reviews in the complexes. I am extremely easy to get in touch with via text, email or cellphone.
