Ideally located just 7 minutes from Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk, and only 5 minutes from Dania Beach, the Fishing Pier, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and Port Everglades Cruise Port.

Fully stocked chef’s kitchens have all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwaves, double oven, a wine fridge, and a spacious marble island with seating for six.
LIVING AREA:
Relax in the bright spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining table with seating for 6.
BACKYARD:
Enjoy your own private backyard with a pool, an outdoor dining table with an umbrella and seating for 6, four chaise loungers, and direct access to the dock. Propane grill. Bring your own fishing poles and enjoy fishing right from the dock!
