You will have your own private bathroom and small kitchen, so really like a private studio apartment. Corner lot across the street from Phelps Park, and right on bus lines and bike lanes. Easily reachable to and from various hospitals, downtown activities, MOA/airport, as well as the U of M!

More like a private studio/1 bed apartment. You will have a private locked room and a private bathroom. The kitchen will be mostly private, but your hosts (Julia and/or Daniel) may have to go through your kitchen to access storage/utility room. It would only be us, or in the event of maintenance, a licensed contractor who we approve, and we would give you full notice.

Guest will have access to their private space, as well as common laundry room, and common back and front yards.

We are around, in and out often. We love getting to know people, but also honor desire for quiet and privacy!

On the busline, easy access to downtown to the North, and MOA/Airport to the South. Across the street from Phelps Park, and within a few miles of Lake Nokomis, Lake Harriet, Bde Maka Ska, and Minnehaha Creek.
