Come rest, unwind, and relax at our 3 bed (king/queen/twin with trundle)/1.5 bath house that is less than a block (11 houses) from the shore. 6 person capacity. A short one minute walk to the beloved Black Point Market (deli/ice cream). The association provides boat and kayak launches, kids summer camp M-F 9a-12p for a fee, and various summer activities at the clubhouse. Home includes WiFi, A/C, fully equipped kitchen, all linens, extra blankets, bath towels, beach towels, washer/dryer in basement, beach toys, beach chairs, beach cart, gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower, small deck with 3 chairs, and driveway parking for 3 vehicles. Login to your streaming services on the TVs in the house. No smoking or pets.
Just a short 5 min drive to downtown Niantic where you can find various local restaurants and shops, The Book Barn, Niantic Children’s museum, a local playhouse, and much more. Niantic is located 2 hours from NYC and Boston and 30 minutes to Mystic.
