Summary: Good location, away from the bustle of campus, but just minutes from dining, etc. I purchased a parking pass for the football game. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. Bed in the master was very comfortable. Second bedroom bed slept a bit like a pullout sofa bed - mushy and shaky. AC struggled on the hot weekend we stayed. Would be fine during cooler weather.
