With its spectacular lake views from sunrise to sunset, it has two large outdoor areas, including the deck off the main living area, and a patio off the finished basement. On the main level, two picture windows from the living room look out to the deck, dock and lake, providing visitors a view of Cayuga's glistening waters all year long. A flat screen TV and puzzle/game table offer a little indoor fun for those relaxing evenings at home.
The kitchen and dining room on the main level have a modern feel, with comfort, convenience and amenities that will suit your every need. Visitors will also find one bedroom on the main floor, with a full size bed. Walk up a half flight of stairs to the recently refurbished main bathroom, and two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the second with a Twin XL over Queen Bunk bed.
The lower level provides a second living area which has a twin over twin trundle day bed for additional sleeping space. Walk out the sliding glass doors and enjoy lake living!
But for those who want to remain outdoors, enjoy the propane fire pit on the main deck, fishing off the dock or a quick swim in the refreshing waters of Cayuga lake.
In addition to lakeside activities for adults and children alike, this lovely waterfront home offers year-round enjoyment. Cork's Landing is within walking distance of Wolffy's Grill and Marina, where diners can enjoy summertime music and food, as well as Cayuga State Park, a 141-acre state park with its expansive view of Cayuga Lake, both shallow and deeper water fishing, a boat launch, playground, and picnic pavilions.
Wine lovers can take their pick from the dozens of nearby wineries along both Cayuga's west side and Seneca Lake's east side
