Spacious clean lake home is on the west side of the Cayuga Lake and on the wine trail. We are just over 2 hours from the Niagara Falls. Close to hiking trails. Great lake for fishing. The 3-bedroom ranch house is about 1,900 sq. ft. on a 0.5 acre property. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset throughout the year as the fire flies and occasionally swallows perform. Look out for the Blue Herons, eagles and ospreys as they dive and swoop up a fish for their meal. You may even find the resident mink running along the lake front. Breathe in the fresh air and unwind in a comfortable outdoor patio after a day of hiking or wine tasting. Relax around the fire-pit. Enjoy the morning quiet as you seep your coffee or tea. Easy access to the lake. Two kayaks available. Amenities: full kitchen, large laundry and dryer, central air and heater, fireplace, gas grill, 4 parking spaces.
