Lounge chairs and umbrellas, direct sunlight all day. The house is cheerful and comfortable, with tasteful country antiques and farmhouse furnishings. Extensive ;library, including children's books. Very suitable for families, or couples who want guests (no group rentals, however). Beautiful garden and patio furniture provided. Outdoor shower next to the pool.
One and a half blocks to Citarella (gourmet food and vegetable shop) for morning coffee, newspaper, prepared food, and groceries. Two blocks to village center, including Jitney stop,, train station (with transportation to New York City) and movie theatre. Half a mile mile to ocean beach. Bicycles available. Main Street location allows walking or biking everywhere. Backyard completely fenced in. Will consider pets on a case by case basis.

Full bathroom downstairs, Extensive library and great spots for reading as well tv/dvd viewing (tv in living room and 2 bedrooms).

Use of a car with all beach stickers available free with extra damage deposit.
Outdoor dining next to gunite pool in a beautiful garden.
Vast library, an excellent dvd collection, and toys and games for kids and/or adults.
Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, rafts, etc, etc for the best beach on Long Island less than half a mile away.
