Situated on a quiet street in the highly desirable and historic Nob Hill neighborhood, the flat is a short walk from Huntington Park at the top of Nob Hill - making it the ideal haven by having the city's best-known sights as well as downtown convention & conference centers, tech & financial firms are just a short walking distance away.
Live like a local with the sounds of chiming cable cars and harmonious Grace Cathedral bells in the faint distance just blocks away. The location is ideal for experiencing this historic and exciting city.
The living room is warm and inviting getting wonderful direct sunlight in the mornings, featuring a 40” ROKU TV, high-speed wireless internet and Bluetooth speaker/radio. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counter-tops, refinished original softwood floors, stainless steel appliances and a double-stacked washer & dryer.
The flat accommodates five guests. There is a queen-size bed in the 1st bedroom with a closet, two twin sized beds in the 2nd bedroom with an armoire, and a twin-size bed in the 3rd bedroom with a closet. The 1.5 split bathrooms are appointed with Carrara marble floors and sink top, along with the restored original claw foot tub.
The flat is stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable: pots and pans, dishes and glassware, cooking and dining utensils, Keurig K-Duo Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker, toaster, blender, along with a spice rack, coffee beans, laundry and dishwasher detergent, towels, linens, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
The drop-leaf dining table seats four and can expand to five by adding the leaf underneath.
