Summary: I didn't like tge fact that there are no one live to talk to, and gwt assistance from. You have to be on the ohone for hours before you can get any kind of assistance. I couldn't figure out hiw to get into the building and didn't kniw where my room was, until i made several calls for help, and the number they have on the door wasn't any use to me. I had ti google The Archer online, to get the right number dor assistance, and the 45 minutes later i finally gotten someone who finally helped me. Iw wasn't the only one there with the same issues...
