Summary: They charged $12 extra for parking, which is ridiculous for a “motel” (“motor hotel”). They also charged a $20-ish amenity fee, which is basically a pool … so makes zero sense in winter; and really should be included in the price of the room, not a hidden fee. The lock on our door also didn’t work, and it was a struggle to get it to latch closed. We also had a single towel for both of us in the room. I think the place relies on it looking cool (which it does in person, too), but the hidden fees and poor condition are not cool.
