Positive: It was a nice cozy little efficiency apartment had everything you needed I was in the downstairs unit. They had a grill out on the deck for me to use. It was a beautiful view of the desert around Congress Arizona. I would highly recommend this unit. I know if I get back to that area I will try to rent it again
