Downstairs boasts a full kitchen and bath, bedroom with a Queen bed and living area with sleeper sofa. Upstairs you can see the span of the Cook Inlet from the loft with 2 Full beds. Located overlooking the Cook Inlet just one mile south of the Anchor Point River and state beach access. Charter boats launch daily from this point for world class Halibut and King Salmon fishing. From the private 5 acre parcel, you can hear the waves roll in while watching sea otters frolic in the waves. There is an outdoor BBQ fully furnished for your stay; just bring your fresh catch to eat!
