The Space:
The open-concept layout gives you plenty of room to relax, cook, dine, and unwind. The living room features comfortable seating, a large TV, oversized windows, and a striking black-and-white checkerboard rug that ties the entire space together. The pull out sofa can sleep an additional two guests. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light while showcasing the historic character of the building.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, a large island with bar seating, and everything you need to prepare a meal or enjoy a morning coffee before heading out to explore Kansas City. The private bedroom offers a comfortable bed, TV, generous closet space, and a bold Kansas City-inspired design. The bathroom features a modern vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.

Your home on East 18th Street puts you right in the middle of it all. Spend the morning exploring local coffee shops and boutiques, grab lunch at one of the neighborhood’s many restaurants, then head out for an evening of live music, craft cocktails, breweries, or entertainment. East Crossroads is particularly easy to explore on foot, with plenty to discover within just a few blocks.
The neighborhood is also close to Kansas City’s historic 18th & Vine Jazz District, home to legendary barbecue, the American Jazz Museum, the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, the historic Gem Theater, and some of the city's best live jazz.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.
Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
