Catch up with loved ones around the spalted Maple island while cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. Or share laughs and s’mores around the firepit while listening to the roar of Chittenango Falls.
Brian's Bungalow is set back from the road on a secluded lot. Ample parking is provided for guests. The yard is currently under construction. We appreciate your patience as we finish up some site work!
Guests can expect to be greeted by a personalized welcome gift upon arrival. Courtesy toiletry baskets are located in each bathroom, and each bedroom has extra linens, blankets, pillows, and luxurious hotel-quality towels.
There are window a/c units available for each bedroom by request (no charge), for those extra hot days. However, we recommend utilizing the abundance of windows and fans for a fresh valley breeze!
Due to certain design and layout features of the house and property, it is not recommended for families with small children. We do allow guests to bring well-behaved dogs for an additional $30/night. There is currently no laundry available for guest use.
