The estate is 5 minutes from Tobyhanna state park for fishing, hiking, and camping. It is 15-20 minutes from lake Wallenpaupack public boat launch for fishing, water sports, and lake adventuring. It is 20 minutes from multiple indoor water parks and ski mountains.
