Freshly renovated 1870 cottage home on pretty tree lined street in our active friendly neighborhood. Halfway between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Lots of Parks with fabulous walking and biking trails along the Niagara River. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
This home is a two story home. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor.
One bedroom has a King bed and the other has a Queen bed. Both rooms have their own seating area and plenty of storage.
You have the place to yourself.
There is a portion of the home that is locked off. This is the owners separate private area.
There is also a small storage room upstairs where you are welcome to enter but we have storage drawers full of tools and such. We ask that guest refrain from going in those drawers. Definitely not child proof, so let us know if you have any concerns and we can provide an extra baby gate.
This place has stairs inside and outside.

Parking is in the driveway and free street parking.
Although this is Buffalo and we still can have big snow falls.
In the winter parking on street is prohibited between 8pm and 8am. Also if you must leave before snow removal is possible by us, be prepared to shovel out. This would be rare and unusual, just want you to know of possibilities if you have a strict plan. It's Life in Buffalo.
