This 1920's victorian with a wrap- around porch is located one block from the surf beach at B90th can be rented for short term and for events/workshops though the summer and long term though the fall and winter. The house sleeps 10 and is completely remodeled inside and out and is perfect for entertaining and hosting retreats.
