6. Owners are not responsible for items left at the property after check out. When possible, if shipping is paid by the Guest, owners will mail forgotten items.

Summary: The condo was exactly as described. It had everything that we needed and was beautifully furnished. The neighborhood was amazing. A very short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within walking distance not to mention thew adorable community of Corona del Mar. We did not want to leave.
