This private center hall colonial house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful tree lined street. Walk to parks and LIRR - 20 min to Penn Station, many shopping centers, gourmet food, haven abounds with asian american food.
This bright and sunny room comes with a full size bed, linens and towels provided. Desk and chair for work. Bathroom with steam shower and tub (shared with one other guest). Kitchen/dinnette are shared with other guests. Dining room and living room are off limits to guests however the table off the kitchen is available to use and shared between guests. No heavy cooking allowed on stovetop/oven. But we do provide Instantpot, electric hot water kettle, rice cooker, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee machine and Kcups.
Guest can use the BBQ grill outdoor with an additional charge of $20/use. Please clean the grill after use.
Alternate side parking and street cleaning rule applies:
No parking on the house side: Monday between 11am-12:30pm
No parking on the opposite side: Wednesday between 11am -12:30pm
