This private center hall colonial house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with tree lined street. Walk to parks and LIRR - 20 min to Penn Station, many shopping center gournet food haven abounds with asian american food.
This bright and sunny room comes with a twin size bed, linens and towels provided. Desk and chair for work. Shared bathroom on 2nd level with steam shower and tub (shared with one other guest). Kitchen/dinnette and dining room are shared with other guests. Dining room and living room are off limits to guests however the table off the kitchen is available to use and shared between guests. No cooking allowed on stovetop/oven. But we do provide Instantpot, electric hot water kettle, rice cooker, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee machine and Kcups.
Guest can use the BBQ grill outdoor with an additional charge of $20/use. Please clean the grill after use.
You can access the room, the hallway bathroom, outdoor deck, laundry room, kitchen, living room and kitchen table. Kitchen access is limited to fridge storage, microwave, and dining table only. Dining room and living room are off limits to guests however the table off the kitchen is available to use and shared between guests. No cooking on stovetop/oven unless permitted by the host. No parking on the driveway except during the hours of street cleaning.
