Entire 3rd floor room comes with a queen size bed, linens and towels provided. Desk and chair for work. Private bathroom on the same level with A/C. Kitchen/dinnette are shared with other guests. No cooking allowed on stovetop/oven. But we do provide Instantpot, electric hot water kettle, rice cooker, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee machine and Kcups. Dining room and living room are off limits to guests however the table off the kitchen is available to use and shared between guests.
Guest can use the BBQ grill outdoor with an additional charge of $20/use. Please clean the grill after use.
Alternate side parking and street cleaning rule applies:
No parking on the house side: Monday between 11am-12:30pm
No parking on the opposite side: Wednesday between 11am -12:30pm
During these hours, you may park on the driveway.
