This is a two bedroom road level space that is perfect for people on a small budget. Suitable for college students or a family of 7 on a small budget. It's over 1000 square feet, open and modern. You will be surprise by the space and style for a low price. The house comes with everything you will need and more. it has a modern kitchen and updated bathroom. minutes from Manhattan, time square by train. Just an 8 minutes walk or less to the train station that offers a gateway to see the big apple.
The space
The space is below the first floor and was once rented with the first floor. Because it was expensive to rent the entire unit, I recently designed it to stand by it self. You no longer have to pass through the first floor to access it, since it now has its own two exits at the side and in the back of the building. Although it's in the basement area It is Spacious, clean and accommodates small budgets. It's over 1100 square feet of space so it's a big space. It has a modern kitchen and is suitable for small group of about 8 people. The space is close to the 2/5 train in a safe neighborhood and it take 15 minutes into Manhattan. You will enjoy the comfort and peace the space brings you. The space also comes with parking in the driveway for an additional peace of mind.
No parties or smoking, it interferes with the other guest on the other floors.
