Great Neighborhood! Very Family Friendly. This apartment is the two full bottom floors in the building. It has two entrances. One private ground level and one on the Parlor floor. The two upper floors two one bedroom apartments with quiet, lovely, full time tenants. This apartment was our family home. The Kitchen has dishwasher, Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, Blender, Fridge, and wine cooler, with a Dining area, The Living room has a flat screen TV with internet and a Roku box loaded with streaming services. The Laundry area has washer/dryer, ironing board and Iron on the 2nd floor near the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with wireless adjustable bed frame and massage. The second bedroom has an extra long twin and a Double bed. The Garden! Lovely patio area with table and chairs, gas grill and space heater for those cool nights.
